HR Dashboard - Excel Spreadsheet Model
This spreadsheet demonstrates creation of HR Dashboard in Excel spreadsheet for presenting a summarized profile of the employees of the organization. Using this interactive spreadsheet, one can filter and view the employees list with user defined parameters such as age bracket, office, grade, gender etc. in desired combination of these parameters. The spreadsheet uses various advanced Excel features like Criteria Range, dynamic ranges, DCOUNT database function, YEARFRAC function for age calculation of completed years, conditional input range for combo box etc. The sheets can be unprotected and hidden "source" sheet can be unhidden to view the functions & criteria used and users can modify the spreadsheet as per their specific requirements.
Download HR Dashboard spreadsheet. Make sure that Analysis Toolpak add-in is enabled in your Excel Application and remember to select "Enable Macros" option, while opening the file.
